Hello, I’m Looi E Ling.

A little care.
A world of
difference.

In the work I do.
In the people I serve.
In the person I’m becoming.

Different skills.
One thoughtful thread.

I enjoy the place where people,
organization and creativity meet.

01 / PREPARE

Good work starts
before the day.

Schedules, materials, supplier follow-ups, records. I help organize the practical pieces so work can keep moving.

A closer look at operations

Office administration, purchasing support, stock and supplies, orders, invoices, delivery documents and task coordination.

02 / COORDINATE

Then the room
comes to life.

About four years of involvement in Smart Talent events across HQ and Sitiawan — helping with preparation, people and event-day needs.

My part in the programme

Planning and programme preparation, communication, setup, hosting or programme support, visual materials and on-site operations. Responsibilities varied by event.

03 / CREATE

An idea becomes
something tangible.

From artwork and layout to print coordination, I enjoy making useful, considered materials that help people connect.

From design to delivery

Company and event graphics, artwork and layout preparation, printed materials, presentation resources and hands-on creative problem-solving.

People are
always the point.

My previous work as a teacher and nursery assistant teacher taught me to pay attention to the person in front of me.

Supporting routines, preparing activities, being patient. Small actions that ask for a whole heart.

Still curious.
Still becoming.

There is always something worth learning.

01 A new perspective

02 A different rhythm

Drumming is a place for discipline, creativity and serving with the worship team.

03 A beginner’s mind

I’m a beginner exploring AI-assisted brainstorming and basic digital tools — open to feedback and practical ways to work better.

Rooted in Christ.
Expressed in care.

My Christian faith shapes how I work, how I care for people and how I keep growing.
